Wash the cucumbers and carrots and cut into thin strips.

Cut into the back root of the enoki mushroom and tear it apart.

After washing, boil the water in the pot and blanch the enoki mushrooms in hot water for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from cool boiled water, drain, and squeeze out some water.
