  1. Steam the pumpkin and crush it into puree, then place it on a strainer to drain off the excess water.

  2. Add glutinous rice flour, sugar, and pumpkin puree, stir evenly, and knead into a smooth dough.

  3. Divide the dough into uniformly sized balls and divide the chocolate chestnut filling into small uniform balls.
