Wash the red peppers (if you don’t like spicy food, you can remove the seeds and tendons; if you like spicy food, you can keep them) and dry them

Wash the garlic seeds and dry them (to remove the garlic skin, you can soak the garlic seeds in warm water for five minutes to easily remove them)

Chop red pepper and garlic, add salt and white wine and mix well

Put it into a bottle, seal it tightly, put it in the refrigerator, and it can be eaten within about two days. You can add a little sesame oil for seasoning when eating.
