Beat the eggs and sift them,

Sift the soy milk and mix with the eggs,

Pour the mixed liquid into two containers and cover with plastic wrap,

Pour water into the steamer to hold the mixed liquid and put the lid on the pot over high heat for 15 minutes.

Mix the two kinds of meat and add a little pepper, starch and salt to make the paste,

Chop fungus, dice carrots, dice bamboo shoots, dice green peppers

Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the diced meat. Add the cooking wine, light soy sauce and sugar. Stir-fry the diced fungus, carrots, bamboo shoots and green pepper. Add an appropriate amount of water, tomato sauce and salt. Pour it over a piece of tofu. Add tempeh to the other portion, stir-fry for a while and pour on the other side.
