Overview
My family all likes to eat bread. Every weekend, making bread is very necessary. Every time I make bread, I try to find ways to change the pattern. My little master likes honey beans very much. Well, I bought this new mold, so let’s make a honey bean meal bag! The prepared bread was of a suitable size and very soft. It was finished in just a few bites. The sweet honey beans made my heart feel sweet and warm.

Prepare raw materials

Except for butter and honey beans, put other ingredients into the bread machine and perform a kneading process;

Add butter again and perform a kneading process;

Roll the kneaded bread dough into a round shape, put it into a baking bowl, and leave it in a warm place to ferment;

Poke a hole in the dough with your fingers. If the perimeter of the dough does not collapse, it means the fermentation is complete;

Divide the risen bread dough into 8 equal portions (70g each), roll into balls and let rest for 30 minutes;

Take a piece of dough, roll it into a beef tongue shape, sprinkle with honey beans, press it slightly, and roll it up from one end;

Put the rolled bread base into the mold, wrap it in a plastic bag, and let it proof for a second time for 1 hour;

Brush the proofed bread dough with egg wash and sprinkle with wheat germ for decoration;

Place in the preheated oven, set the upper and lower tubes to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes;
