Whipped Cream Cocoa Cookies
Overview
This is a whipped cream recipe that I often use. It is crispy and fragrant. I readjusted the recipe and added cocoa powder, and it turned into this whipped cream cocoa cookie. The taste and texture are great.

Put the softened butter into a bowl, add powdered sugar and salt

After stirring evenly with an electric egg beater, add the whipping cream in three batches. Each time, mix the whipping cream and butter thoroughly before adding the next time

The whipped butter cream has expanded in volume and is a little light in color

Sift in cake flour and cocoa powder

Use a rubber spatula to mix well until there are no dry powder particles. Do not over mix

Take a large flower nozzle that you like and put it into a piping bag, then put an appropriate amount of cookie batter into the bag

Directly squeeze out or press out your favorite pattern on the non-stick baking sheet
