Wash purslane

Blanch it in boiling water for one minute

Pour purslane in cold water, squeeze out the water, cut into sections and place on a plate

Mix minced garlic, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil into a sauce

Pour the sauce onto the purslane and mix well
