Hot dog buns
Overview
We often go to a shop called Aisu to eat French fries, pasta, baked rice and other delicacies. I saw that this shop also sells hot dog buns, so I was so inspired that I thought about making it myself when I went home. My brother happened to be at home during the holidays and he eats hot dogs. He should also like to eat hot dog buns. Sure enough, after dinner, he ate another hot dog bun I made!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour other ingredients except butter into the bread machine barrel, order liquid first and then powder, then make a hole in the middle and add yeast powder.
-
Start the bread machine's dough function. (The dough function of my bread machine is kneading + fermentation, the total time is 1 hour and 40 minutes)
-
When kneading into a ball, add butter and continue kneading for about 50 minutes until the dough expands.
-
Then the dough rises until it doubles in size.
-
Take out the risen dough and deflate it, divide it into six equal parts, roll into balls and rest for 15 minutes.
-
Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into an oval shape.
-
Roll it up from top to bottom and close the sides.
-
Put it in the oven to ferment, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven, and let it rise until it doubles in size.
-
After fermentation is complete, brush the bread surface with egg wash.
-
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds, place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, and bake at 170 degrees for about 13 to 15 minutes.
-
When the bread is baked, let it cool and set aside.
-
Take 2 sausages and bake them in the oven at 210 for about 7 minutes.
-
After the bread has cooled, use a serrated knife to make a cut in the middle of the bread without cutting it, and put lettuce leaves on top.
-
Add grilled hot dogs.
-
Squeeze on a little salad dressing.
