Black and white sesame buns
Overview
I kneaded this dough with the intention of making meal buns for my children, but after the dough was fermented, I changed my mind and made it into buns at will. The children like the white sesame ones but don’t eat the black sesame ones. I said that the breads below all have the same flavor, but they don’t listen

Mix the flour, eggs, yeast, salt, honey, and milk into a smooth dough, and add corn oil little by little until the dough is complete.

Ferment in a warm place until 2.5 times in size.

Deflate the fermented dough and let it rest for fifteen minutes.

Roll into tongue shape.

Shape into a long strip slightly smaller than the baking pan.

Ferment until doubled in size. Sprinkle two with grated coconut, two with white sesame seeds, two with black sesame seeds, spaced apart.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake in 17 minutes.
