Soak the vermicelli in water until soft, remove the heads and black lines from the fresh shrimps and wash them.

Shred the onion and red pepper, slice the garlic, cut the shrimp into two, marinate with cooking wine and pepper for ten minutes.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add shrimps and fry until they change color, remove and set aside.
