Winter squash family dinner
Overview
I went into the kitchen, opened the refrigerator, looked at the vegetable shelf, and then I remembered that there was no food at home. 😔Fortunately, I still have a winter squash, so I’ll just make do with it, haha~

One winter squash and one pepper.

Peel the winter squash, cut in half and slice; cut the pepper into diagonal strips.

Heat oil in a pan.

Heat the oil, add pepper and stir-fry. (Be careful not to burn it, I turned on a low heat.)

Add the winter squash and stir-fry until about half cooked.

Sprinkle in salt and cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.

Add rice vinegar one minute before serving, and use oil.
