Put the prepared ingredients, flour, baking powder and salt in a container and mix;

Pour the whipping cream into the container, pour half of it first, stir it a few times with a spatula, then pour in the raisins and the remaining whipping cream and mix well;

Press the dough slightly and flatten it into a round shape, about 1.5 cm thick;
