Cut the tofu into 2 to 3 mm slices.

Cut onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili into sections.

Heat oil in a pot, then add onions, ginger, garlic, and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tofu again.

Stir for a while and then add light soy sauce.

Add salt and stir-fry.
