Overview
This extremely simple dish comes without any condiments. The taste is not simple at all. From the salty and sweet Cantonese sausage to the mellow salted duck egg yolk to the light and chewy tofu skin. Rich and delicious.

To prepare Cantonese-style sausage, I only used one and peeled two salted duck egg yolks.

Crush the egg yolk and apply it to one end of the bean skin.

Place sausage on top of egg batter.

Roll up. Use some starch paste to glue the edges.

Cut into pieces, put on a plate and steam for fifteen minutes.
