Fried wontons with lace ice flowers
Overview
Wontons can be replaced with steamed buns or dumplings. We eat a lot of wontons here. My mother made a lot of wontons, so she tried to eat them in a different way.

The wontons are wrapped by my mother, haha😄.

Lift the pot and pour in a spoonful of oil.

Place the wontons in place and fry over low heat.

Fry until the bottom is golden brown.

The ratio of corn starch to water is 1:10, stir evenly, and pour the water starch along the edge of the pot.

Cover the pot and fry over low heat for 7-8 minutes, paying attention to the moisture in the pot.

The water is boiled away until the edges of the pot rise and crispy ice crystals appear.

Find a larger plate and turn it upside down.
