Cut the lean meat into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce, sugar, oil and cornstarch for 15 minutes

Cut soft tofu into small squares

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Blanch the tender tofu and remove the beany smell for 2 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry scallions until fragrant

Stir-fry the lean meat until cooked and set aside

Add oil to the pot again, add minced garlic, and stir-fry the soybean paste until fragrant

Add the soft tofu and stir-fry evenly

Add 1 small bowl of boiling water and boil for 2 minutes

Return the lean meat to the pot and cook over high heat for 1 minute

Mix a little corn starch and water to make a thin gravy
