Cut the tofu into small pieces, tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, remove the roots of crab mushrooms and wash them, soak the shiitake mushrooms in water and cut into small pieces

Put 2000g of water into the pot, add the mushroom soup base and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes
