Crispy Sweet Potato Pancake

The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming, and mooncakes are everywhere. I’m here to join in the fun. If I don’t know how to make mooncakes, I’ll make a healthy crispy sweet potato cake! Haha~~Full of milky flavor, crispy and soft, delicious! ! !

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes and steam them in a pot.

Mash the steamed sweet potatoes.

Mash the steamed sweet potatoes.

Add appropriate amount of condensed milk.

Mix sweet potato puree and condensed milk evenly.

Add a little peanut oil to the ordinary flour and stir it into a flocculate shape with hot water (I used hot water that is about to boil).

After it cools down a bit, knead it into three-gloss dough (i.e. hand-gloss, flour-gloss, and plate-gloss)

Divide into approximately equal amounts.

Take a dough and roll it out thinly, then add the stirred milky sweet potato puree.

Gather the dough bit by bit.

Close the mouth into a bun shape.

With the closed side facing down, gently flatten it with the palm of your hand, and lightly add patterns with a fork.

Put oil in the pan and fry on one side over low heat until golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side.
