  1. sweet potatoes (i.e. sweet potatoes).

  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes and steam them in a pot.

  3. Mash the steamed sweet potatoes.

  5. Add appropriate amount of condensed milk.

  6. Mix sweet potato puree and condensed milk evenly.

  7. Add a little peanut oil to the ordinary flour and stir it into a flocculate shape with hot water (I used hot water that is about to boil).

  8. After it cools down a bit, knead it into three-gloss dough (i.e. hand-gloss, flour-gloss, and plate-gloss)

  9. Divide into approximately equal amounts.

  10. Take a dough and roll it out thinly, then add the stirred milky sweet potato puree.

  12. Close the mouth into a bun shape.

  13. With the closed side facing down, gently flatten it with the palm of your hand, and lightly add patterns with a fork.

  14. Put oil in the pan and fry on one side over low heat until golden brown.
