Chili pepper, chili millet cut into small rings, minced garlic and ginger, a small amount of minced onion, set aside

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm thick slices and set aside

Cut the onion into 0.5cm slices and set aside

Pour the tofu into water and add a little salt. Remove the water and set aside

Fry the tofu in oil until the skin is golden brown, then take it out. Don't fry it for too long, it will turn yellow and the skin will be crispy. Oil control. (Remember when frying, the oil temperature should be 5-60% hot. Put the oil in the pan and stir gently so that the tofu is fully fried)

Add a little oil, add onion and stir-fry until the flavor is released, then take it out of the pan and place it on the heated iron plate and place it flat on the bottom. It is not advisable to fry for too long.

Put 4 tablespoons of oil (rice spoon), add minced green onions, ginger, and onions. Stir-fry 3/2 chili rings until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee hot sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, light soy sauce, sugar, and a little water. Stir well. Add tofu and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pan and add the fried onions on top. Sprinkle remaining chili rings and chopped green onion on top.
