Overview
I got the baking book by Qiaochu Nianyuanzhuzhu in the Weibo event. It is really a good helper for baking enthusiasts. I made this biscuit as soon as I got it. It was full of green onions, but I didn’t roll it thin enough and it turned into a snack that was crispy on the outside and crispy on the inside. But this is also the texture I like to eat

.Chop green onions, drain the water, and dissolve the yeast in warm milk

Add soda ash, salt, oil, sugar, monosodium glutamate, and milk into the flour and mix

Knead into smooth dough

Add green onions and knead into the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes
