Pork Ribs Soup
Overview
It was my first time to buy Cilan sorghum, and I specifically asked my friends in the south how to pack and prepare it. Everyone says roasted pork is delicious, but some say it doesn’t taste good no matter how you cook it. When it comes to food, you have to try it yourself. Although it was a bit troublesome to clean up before, fortunately it tasted delicious, so I was happy.

, blanch the pork ribs and put them in the oil pan.

After cooking the cooking wine, add ginger slices and sugar.

Pour in water, more of it. Add star anise and scallions and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

While the ribs are stewing, process the vegetables. Peel and blanch the wild rice and set aside, cut the carrots into flower shapes (you can also cut them directly into cubes), and cut the celery into sections.

After 40 minutes, add the wild rice and carrots and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.

Finally, add salt and simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavor. Add celery segments before serving.
