Prepare ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of water to a Corning pot and bring to a boil, add shredded ginger.

Boil the seaweed until soft.

Use chopsticks to pick up fish and slide small pieces into the soup and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, a little oil and cook for 1 minute.

Finally, put down the chopped green onions and turn off the heat.
