Crispy baby potatoes
Overview
What a cute little purple potato. I’m thinking about using it as a snack. No need to peel it. Just fry it, dip it in some Huai salt, drink some beer, and eat it while watching TV series.

Boil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes or insert chopsticks into them to remove the potatoes, but do not overcook them and cut them in half;
