Mixed Pollack
Overview
Since I have lived close to Koreans since I was a child, I particularly like Korean food. Today I will make my favorite mixed pollack.

Soak the pollack in cold water for half an hour, then squeeze out the water

Tear the pollack into shreds, add an appropriate amount of salt, one and a half tablespoons of sugar, sesame oil, cooked sesame seeds and fresh chili sauce, and the chili oil should be red.

Add cilantro and mix well.

When finished, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours for better results.
