Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil a pot of water
-
Put the pork skin down into the boiling water and cook for three minutes, then remove it
-
Use a sharp object (I used chopsticks and cut the sharp ones with a knife) to prick the pig skin and try to pierce as many holes as possible
-
Sliced pig skin
-
Coat the pork skin evenly with soy sauce (normal soy sauce is fine, it is not recommended to add dark soy sauce, the color of dark soy sauce is too dark, and it will not look good when fried)
-
Put the skin down into the pan and fry. Set the induction cooker to the frying function. The heat is 120-140 degrees. It will take about fifteen minutes to fry
-
Check, fry the pork skin until golden brown, then flip it over and fry the pork side
-
It’s fried
-
In the end, my favorite was pickled pork with pickled cabbage
