Main ingredients: winter melon, water-soaked fungus, and meat filling.

Peel the winter melon and cut into thin slices.

Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, blanch the winter melon until soft and remove.

Add chopped fungus, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, appropriate amount of pepper and salt to the meat filling and mix well.

Take a piece of winter melon and place it on the chopping board, put the meat filling on one end and roll it up.
