  1. Put the flour into a mixing bowl and prepare warm water and yeast powder.

  6. Let the dough ferment for about an hour and take it out when it doubles in size.

  7. Knead the dough repeatedly to deflate it thoroughly, then roll the dough into a large sheet.

  10. After rolling, put it into the steamer, cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes.
