Put the flour into a mixing bowl and prepare warm water and yeast powder.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and slowly add it to the flour several times, stirring with chopsticks while adding water.

Stir until fluffy and knead it into a smooth dough with your hands, cover it and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Add water to the meat filling, stir well, and add chopped green onion.

Add the above seasonings and mix well.

Let the dough ferment for about an hour and take it out when it doubles in size.

Knead the dough repeatedly to deflate it thoroughly, then roll the dough into a large sheet.

Spread the meat filling evenly.

Roll up from one side.

After rolling, put it into the steamer, cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Steam over high heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait for two to three minutes before opening the lid.

Let cool and then cut into sections.
