Peel the Arctic shrimp and peanuts, wash the green garlic and set aside.

Fry peanuts in oil over low heat until light yellow.

Thaw the arctic shrimp naturally and cut the green garlic into small pieces for later use.

Pat the Arctic shrimp with dry starch.

Put oil in the pan, and when the oil is hot, add the arctic shrimp rolled in dry starch.

Fry until golden brown and take out.

Add vinegar, light soy sauce, salt and sugar to a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the chili and green garlic segments.

Then add the fried Arctic shrimps and the prepared sauce.

Add peanuts.

Finally add cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.
