American double-decker Big Mac
Overview
The Big Mac with so many kinds of cheese was so hard to eat in the end that I could only eat it in two portions. It was so big that I had to sacrifice myself after finishing it~~~

Mix all the dough ingredients, (all the ingredients before the egg liquid,) knead and ferment according to the method of bread dough,

Drain the air from the dough, divide it into three parts, and place it in a four-inch mold. (You can also place it directly on the baking sheet without a mold, but the shape will not be so beautiful.)

Spray a thin layer of water on the surface and ferment until doubled in size. Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg liquid and sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds.

Put it in the oven for ℃min, bake until the surface is colored, take it out to cool and demold,

Mix 150g minced meat, 20g whole egg liquid, crushed black pepper, chopped onion, salad oil and salt,

Stir in one direction until best. In the other bowl is the cheese patty, (130g minced meat, 25g grated mozzarella cheese, appropriate amount of black pepper, appropriate amount of salt)

Shape into meatloaf, the one on the left is black pepper and onion, the one on the right is cheese, (the meatloaf should be slightly larger than the bread, because the meatloaf will shrink after baking,)

Place in the oven at 160℃ for 10 minutes and then turn over,

Continue baking for about 8 minutes. If the meatloaf is thin, shorten the time, otherwise it will dry out, and vice versa. (You can see the shrinkage of the meatloaf from the marks.)

Cut the bread into three cross-sections, then sandwich cheddar cheese slices, Gouda cheese slices, patties, shredded lettuce, salad dressing, tomato sauce and other things you like in the middle of each layer,
