  1. Peel and wash chicken legs

  2. Soak green and red peppers, baby carrots and beans in rice water and wash

  4. Green and red peppers, beans, carrots cut into cubes, ginger slices, green onions shredded

  5. Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine sauce

  6. Put oil in a pot and boil sugar over low heat to make sugar color

  7. Add in diced chicken, stir-fry evenly, and serve

  8. Put oil in the pot and fry the carrots for 2 minutes
