Take the fish home and slaughter it

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger until fragrant, fry the fish (fry on both sides), add cooking wine and vinegar, add a little water, add three spoons of salt, one spoon of thirteen spices, half a bag of garlic chili, add more water, cover the pot and simmer until the soup thickens
