Wash the ribs, chop into pieces and put them in a basin.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, braised soy sauce, Zhuhou sauce, and cooking wine.

Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

Cut the ginger into slightly thicker slices, remove the head and tail from the garlic, spread it flat on the bottom of the casserole, and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Then lay the ribs on top, with the thick side facing down.

Cover the lid, turn on low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
