Original pork floss
Overview
Meat floss is delicious, but I am always worried about food safety and dare not buy it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes, add onions and ginger, and cook in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes, until it can be pinched with chopsticks.
-
As shown in the picture, use a knife to mince the meat according to the direction of the meat fibers.
-
After mincing the meat, set aside. Add a little peanut oil to a non-stick pan to moisten the pan. No oil is required.
-
Stir-fry over low heat until semi-dry, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and light soy sauce. Personally, I think it tastes better if I add more sugar, and the saltiness is just right. The fresh and sweet taste highlights the meaty aroma.
-
Stir-fry until the meat floss makes a rustling sound when it touches the pan, add cooked black sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
-
Spread flatly on the baking sheet and let cool,

Finished product.
