Overview
Fried donuts, also called pancakes, are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, oily but not greasy. They are usually eaten for breakfast and are even more delicious with a cup of hot soy milk.

Knead until smooth (it will take 20 minutes).

Divide the kneaded dough into small doughs of the same size.
