Fried donuts, also called pancakes, are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, oily but not greasy. They are usually eaten for breakfast and are even more delicious with a cup of hot soy milk.

  9. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a thin sheet, and make it as shown in the picture (I used a small cup).
