【Red Bean Bread】---KouKou Honey Bean Fragrance
Overview
This honey bean lunch bag is my favorite (because I particularly like honey red beans). The texture is very soft and it is very simple to make. After brushing it with egg wash, I randomly scratched a few knives on the surface. I really like the result.

Steps
-
Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading cycle.
-
After 15 minutes, the dough can stretch but breaks easily and looks rough.
-
Add softened butter and continue kneading for 15 minutes.
-
At this time, take a small piece of dough and pull out a very thin glove film, which is already kneaded.
-
Gather the dough and put it into the bread machine.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2.5 times its original size. Dip a little flour into the fermented dough and poke a hole in the middle. Make sure the hole does not shrink or collapse.
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it.
-
Divide into six equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape.
-
Roll out the bottom edge thinly, spread an appropriate amount of honey red beans (don’t spread it on the bottom), and roll it up from top to bottom.
-
Arrange in turn on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
-
Let it ferment until it doubles in size. Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg liquid, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and score a few times with a sharp blade. Place it in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, middle layer, and heat up and down for about 15 minutes.
