Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash three hot peppers
-
Cut the pepper rings into 1cm wide, preferably with a diagonal knife
-
Chop green onions, ginger and garlic slices and set aside
-
A piece of pork belly. Note: The pork belly must be frozen in the refrigerator. This step is very important. Cut it after the meat is frozen hard, so that you can cut even and regular thin slices of meat
-
Sliced meat
-
Add a small amount of salt, five-spice powder, monosodium glutamate and starch to the cut meat slices and mix well. This will lock the moisture in the meat slices, prevent them from getting old easily, and make the meat slices delicious
-
Add seasoning and starch and mix well the meat slices
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok, add five-spice powder, shredded onions, ginger and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant. I usually fry the onions, ginger and garlic in the oil until they turn yellow or even slightly mushy. I feel that the flavor is the most fragrant at this time
-
Add two tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry, then add the meat slices. Note: after adding the sweet noodle sauce, it will easily stick to the pot, so stir frequently. If you find that the pot is getting sticky, add a little water
-
After the meat changes color, add green pepper
-
Add salt and MSG, and when cooking, add a little sugar to enhance the flavor
-
Turn off the heat and put on a plate
