Lemon Madeleine
Overview
Madeleine is best known for its beautiful shell appearance, wavy shape, and full of fresh lemon flavor and natural egg fragrance. Madeleines are a very simple and easy cake to make, perfect for novice bakers because they don’t require whipping butter or eggs and are quick to make. It’s the New Year, so I just made something to give to my friends.
