Snacks - Spicy and strange peanuts with soy sauce
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, I made some snacks at home. I originally planned to make strange-flavored peanuts, but I didn’t buy broad beans, so I made strange-flavored peanuts. Unexpectedly, they tasted super good... Peanut fruits contain protein, fat, sugar, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin K, as well as minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients. Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients: peanuts, sweet noodle sauce, allspice powder, Sichuan pepper powder, chili powder, sesame oil, salt, white sugar, vegetable oil, corn starch (all ingredients are here except peanuts).
-
Pick out the bad beans from the peanuts.
-
Wash with water.
-
Let dry (I baked it on the heater overnight).
-
Place it in the bread machine and start the jam program to bake (if you have an oven, you can bake it in the oven).
-
Before making the strange-flavored peanuts, stir-fry the cornstarch in a pot and set aside.
-
Add an appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce to the fried dried peanuts and stir evenly.
-
Sprinkle in the powdered sugar and stir evenly (I used white sugar to grind it in a food processor).
-
Sift in the paprika and mix well.
-
Add five-spice powder and Sichuan peppercorn powder and stir evenly.
-
Add a little water to the pot, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, and boil the syrup.
-
When the syrup foams, add a few drops of sesame oil.
-
The syrup will turn slightly yellow at this time.
-
Fry until the syrup is almost silky, add the mixed peanuts and stir quickly.
-
Then sift in the cornstarch a little at a time and stir quickly.
-
The peanuts have clear grains and are not sticky.
