Sweet and sour radish shreds
Overview
I went grocery shopping in the morning and bought some red radishes. Red radish is a type of radish, but it definitely does not refer to carrots. There are five types of radish: white radish, red radish, water radish, green radish, and Xinxinmei radish. Carrots are red-skinned radish, which means they have red skin and white flesh. Carrots are slightly warm in nature and have the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying, strengthening the stomach and digestion, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, and calming the five internal organs.

Wash the radish and cut the radish skin and radish meat into shreds respectively.

Marinate the sliced radish with a little salt for a while.

Wash and cut coriander into sections.

After pickling the shredded radish, skim off the water and mix in a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of white vinegar.
