Overview
I made braised chicken a few days ago, but I felt that the seasoning overshadowed the flavor of the chicken itself, so I made braised chicken today.

Blanch the chicken to remove the blood.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add onion, ginger and aniseed and a spoonful of cooking wine.

Cut potatoes into cubes.

After the chicken is cooked, add the potato cubes and continue simmering.

Cut a slice of lemon and put it in the pot to remove the smell.
