Prepare the ingredients: a box of lactone tofu, a total of 1 red, yellow, and green bell pepper, green onions (preferably small chives), salt, and sesame oil.

Cut the bell pepper and onion into small cubes, add salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Put the tofu into a flat plate, cut it into small pieces, wrap it in plastic wrap, poke a few small holes with a toothpick, and put it in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.

Let it dry for a while, take out the tofu, open the plastic wrap, sprinkle with pickled bell peppers, wrap with plastic wrap, and continue on high heat for 2 minutes.

Healthy and delicious Pingan Tofu is out of the oven. Unwrap the plastic wrap and pour a few drops of sesame oil on it. Now you can taste it!
