Soak the bone rack in clean water to remove the blood.

Wash the peanuts after selecting them.

Blanch the peanuts in a pot.

Boil ginger and scallion water, add pork ribs and blanch.

Add the blanched peanuts and ribs to the inner pot of the pressure cooker.

Add ginger, scallions and star anise.

Add a little dark soy sauce, add water, and let the water foam over the ingredients.
