Abalone with scallion oil
Overview
In fact, I have never been very interested in abalone. I always feel that abalone tastes too much like fatty meat. Not liking abalone is the same as not liking king oyster mushrooms. But I can't refuse it just because I don't like it. After all, its nutritional value is there. When little Nono is growing up, anything nutritious cannot be refused.
