Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature. (The temperature is low in winter and it is not easy to soften. You can heat some butter in hot water and slightly melt it; or heat it slightly in a microwave oven)
-
Beat evenly with an electric whisk.
-
Add powdered sugar. (Powdered sugar is also called icing sugar, not granulated sugar)
-
Continue to beat evenly. At this time, the butter will be light, fluffy and white in color)
-
Add the warm whipping cream in two or three times, stirring well after each addition before adding the next time. (Use warm whipping cream)
-
Sift in all flour. (Mix almond flour, cake flour, and milk powder)
-
Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly.
-
Place into a silicone piping bag fitted with a piping tip. (The temperature is low in winter, the cookie batter is hard, and the disposable piping tape is easy to burst, so try to choose a silicone piping bag)
-
Spread evenly onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
-
Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle rack, and bake for about 15 minutes.
