Overview
With all the busyness, I haven’t touched my favorite dough for more than N years! Now I finally have time to experiment with the dough in various ways! The name was chosen by the doll and I think it’s very vivid! It doesn’t look pretty but it’s real! Full of all my love! I hope that even though you are busy, you can also love everything around you! Love can transform the dough! Thanks to the boss for your help, I finally returned to the big family! Love this real, loving and down-to-earth family!

Put the liquid ingredients in the basin first, soak the yeast in some warm water for 1-2 minutes, and then put all the ingredients in! Knead the dough in the Zephyr mode of the bread machine! And finish the pause! Start fermenting until it doubles in size, take it out and release the gas!

After deflating, roll the dough into a rectangular shape and grease it with oil

Then fold it in half into three equal parts

Turn it over and roll it into a rectangle, then repeat this step 3 times and roll the last strip into a roll (as shown in the picture).

Put three rolls into the mold for secondary fermentation! I don’t have a bread machine that I use directly from the oven at home! Ferment until doubled in size, brush with egg wash, click the bake function for 40-45 minutes, and select the color to burn!

The shape is a bit ugly, because of the electronic scale, so I divide it into equal portions by visual inspection!
