Various flavors of nougat
Overview
I made various flavors of nougat. The process diagram shows the original nougat. The methods for cranberry nougat and cocoa nougat are the same. Cranberry Nougat: 30g butter, 200g marshmallows, 100g milk powder, 150g cooked peanuts, 60g cranberries Cocoa Nougat: 30g butter, 200g marshmallows, 80g milk powder, 20g cocoa powder, 180g cooked peanuts

Put the peanuts into the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let the cooked peanuts cool and remove the clothes;

Put butter in a non-stick pan and heat over low heat until melted;

Add marshmallows and heat until melted;

Add milk powder and stir to mix evenly;

Pour in the cooked peanuts and mix evenly;

Put it into the mold and lay it flat;

Let cool and then cut into pieces;

Put the nougat into a jar and add a little milk powder to prevent it from sticking.
