Homemade Chopped Chili
Overview
Authentic Hunan hot girl. It has been more than ten years since I left my hometown. Due to changes in living environment and climate, eating spicy food is not as good as before. But sometimes I really want to eat something spicy. If I don’t put chili pepper in the dish, I feel like the whole meal is unsatisfactory. I saw bright red Hangzhou peppers for sale in the supermarket, so I bought some and wanted to make some chopped peppers. The spiciness is not that overbearing, but it is full of salty and umami flavor, just like that. Some of the ones sold in supermarkets contain liquor, and if you can’t get used to the taste, it’s better to make your own!

It can be directly bottled, sealed, and placed in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after a week. It is best used to make minced pepper fish head. It’s best to use a glass bottle with a smaller mouth. (My mother said that after installing the peppers, pour a little peanut oil to seal and keep them fresh for better effect)
