Overview
She will be going home in a few days, and my sister-in-law asked to make some snacks for her to try, so she stopped cooking for the next few days. This time the cookies were added with whipped cream and they tasted really good.

Mix all the powders evenly and set aside.

Melt the butter over water. When it's almost cool, add the powdered sugar and mix well.

Add caster sugar and beat until the butter becomes lighter in color and thicker in volume.

Add the egg liquid in batches and beat evenly.

Pour in the light cream in portions and stir evenly.

Sift in the flour and mix with a spatula until there is no dry flour.

Choose the pattern you like, put the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into the baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, and bake for about 15 minutes.
