Baby Cabbage with Garlic Sauce
Overview
I usually eat baby cabbage, either boiled baby cabbage with stock and ham or steamed baby cabbage with garlic vermicelli. Today I wanted to make something simpler, so I made this garlic baby cabbage. After eating too much fish and meat, a simple roasted baby dish is delicious and delicious, with a hint of sweetness. It is very good, so I share it with everyone

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut two pieces of baby cabbage in half, then cut them in half, and divide them into four. If the leaves are large, you can cut them again. Wash, drain, and set aside
-
Peel and wash two ends of garlic, pat and mince. Set aside. I like more garlic in this dish, it’s more fragrant
-
Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry
-
Add baby cabbage and stir-fry over high heat
-
Stir baby cabbage until slightly soft, pour in light soy sauce
-
Stir well and add a tablespoon of oyster sauce
-
Add a spoonful of mushroom sauce. I really like this recently. Whether mixed with noodles and rice or with steamed buns, it is always delicious
-
Add water to cover the baby cabbage, bring to a boil over high heat, add some sugar, turn to low heat and simmer
-
While the baby cabbage is stewing, take a bowl, add a little cornstarch to the water to make a thin gravy
-
Cook for about six to eight minutes. If you like the baby cabbage soft and tender, you can cook it for a while longer. Pour in the thin gravy water and cook over high heat until it is thick and rich.
-
The finished product, this baby dish, is easy to make, rich in garlic aroma, salty and delicious, with a slightly sweet aftertaste, suitable for the whole family.
