A handful of thin noodles.

Boil water and steam for 15 minutes.

Already steamed.

Finely chop the chilies and garlic.

Wash the beans, remove the stems and tendons.

Cut into sections.

Add salt, cooking wine and dark soy sauce to the shredded pork and marinate for five minutes, set aside.

Heat a pot, add a little oil, add shredded pork and stir-fry, then add chili, garlic and beans and stir-fry, add water just enough to cover the ingredients in the pot, stir-fry over high heat for one minute.

Pour the steamed noodles onto the dish and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Boil water and steam for ten minutes.
